Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before your first visit — and beyond.
You can book directly through our website by clicking "Book Appointment" on any page, call us at +91 76783 89399, or message us on WhatsApp. You'll be able to choose your preferred treatment, therapist, and time slot — most patients get an appointment within 24-48 hours.
We're open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays, though WhatsApp and call inquiries are still monitored for urgent scheduling needs.
No referral is required. You can walk in or book directly for an initial assessment. If your condition needs a specialist opinion (e.g. imaging or surgical consult), our therapists will guide you on the right next step.
Please bring any prior medical reports, X-rays, MRI/CT scans, or a doctor's prescription if you have one, along with comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy movement of the area being treated.
Most sessions run 45-60 minutes, depending on the treatment. Your first visit includes a detailed assessment and may take slightly longer (60-75 minutes) to build an accurate treatment plan.
This varies by condition, severity, and how long you've had the issue. After your first assessment, your therapist will give you a realistic treatment plan with an estimated number of sessions — most acute conditions see initial improvement within 4-6 sessions.

Coverage depends on your insurance provider and policy. We can provide detailed invoices and medical documentation to support reimbursement claims, but we recommend confirming physiotherapy coverage with your insurer beforehand.
We treat a wide range of conditions including back pain, sciatica, slip disc, neck and cervical pain, knee pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, sports injuries, arthritis, post-surgical rehabilitation, plantar fasciitis, and more — see our full list under "Our Offerings."
Our therapists use evidence-based techniques including manual therapy, dry needling, chiropractic adjustment, visceral manipulation, and fascial manipulation, tailored to each patient's specific condition and goals.
Some techniques may cause mild, temporary discomfort — especially with deep tissue work, dry needling, or mobilizing a stiff joint — but treatment should never be sharply painful. Always tell your therapist if something feels wrong; your plan will be adjusted.
