About Ms. Pooja Bhandari
Pooja's path into exercise physiology started in a research lab, not a gym — a background in medical physiology and time spent on yoga and mindfulness research at DRDO's DIPAS gave her an unusually deep read on what's actually happening inside the body during movement and recovery, down to the muscle-signal level thanks to her EMG training with Delsys.
She uses that science quietly, not as a lecture — turning it into strength and conditioning programs that feel achievable rather than clinical. Someone rebuilding endurance after an injury and someone chasing a personal best get very different plans from her, but both get the same thing underneath: progression that's paced to what their body can actually handle this week, not a generic template.
Her guiding line is "movement is medicine," and it shows in how she coaches — equal parts encouragement and precision, with a habit of catching small form issues before they become the next injury.
