About Dr. Parveen
Ask Dr. Parveen what she does and she won't lead with a job title — she'll say she teaches people how their own body works, because that's usually the missing piece by the time patients reach her. Years split between hospital orthopaedic wards at Max Healthcare and the classroom, teaching exercise science, gave her a habit she's never dropped: explain the "why" before the "what," every time.
Her approach to joint, muscle and spine complaints is deliberately unglamorous — evidence-based protocols, careful reassessment, and posture or ergonomic corrections that actually hold up once you're back at your desk or in the gym. She's not interested in a quick fix that wears off in a week; she'd rather spend an extra ten minutes making sure you understand the movement pattern that got you hurt in the first place.
Patients often say sessions with her feel like part physiotherapy, part masterclass in their own anatomy — by the end of a program, most can tell you exactly why their old routine wasn't working and what to watch for going forward.
